About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Recruitment & Operations team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in handling various IT and Non-IT recruitment profiles along with daily HR and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for various IT and Non-IT profiles.
Work on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Assist with HR documentation and daily operational activities.
Support the HR team in administrative tasks and coordination.

Requirements
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to learn about IT and Non-IT hiring.
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
