Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor negotiations, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a D2C, healthcare, wellness, FMCG, or nutraceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing operations
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to optimize costs
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and operational supplies
Coordinate with internal teams including operations, warehouse, finance, and marketing for procurement planning
Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations
Maintain vendor performance records and procurement documentation
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and payment schedules
Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards
Build strong relationships with vendors to improve efficiency and turnaround timelines





Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
Prior experience in D2C, healthcare, wellness, FMCG, nutraceutical, or e-commerce industry preferred
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills
Valuable understanding of inventory planning and procurement cycles
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities in a rapid-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Experience handling packaging, healthcare, wellness, or nutraceutical products will be an added advantage
