Key Responsibilities
Assist patients and support their healthcare needs.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards according to hospital policies.
Follow hospital procedures, infection-control guidelines,



and patient confidentiality requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the role.
Support daily hospital operations and coordinate with relevant departments.
Respond to patient concerns professionally and compassionately.
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure efficient service delivery.
