Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in Bench Sales Recruiting within the US IT staffing industry.
Solid understanding of the US IT staffing market, vendor networks, and recruitment lifecycle.
Experience marketing consultants with different work authorizations, including H-1B, H-1B transfers, Green Card, and US Citizens.
Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, vendor portals, and email marketing for consultant marketing.
Ability to identify suitable requirements and generate interview prospects quickly.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple consultants and requirements simultaneously.
Knowledge of US time zones and flexibility to work during US business hours.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
