Role Overview

Drive inbound/outbound telephonic outreach, qualify prospective property buyers, and schedule maximum qualified site visits for the on-ground project sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Contact leads generated through Meta ads, Google campaigns, property portals, walk-in enquiries, and referral lists.
Deliver crisp project introductions highlighting key USPs (location, highway connectivity, on-site schools, ready amenities, and transparent title).
Qualify prospect budget, purchase timeline, and plot requirement (residential vs. commercial investment).
Book and confirm weekend and weekday project site visits with explicit calendar logging and location sharing via WhatsApp.
Run follow-up calling schedules for leads post-site visit to address pending questions and schedule closing discussions.




Maintain clean daily call logs, talk-time records, lead status updates, and site-visit conversion metrics.

Requirements & Skills
Minimum 1 year of calling experience with a polite, confident, and persuasive telephone presence.
Solid listening skills with the ability to build quick rapport over phone calls.
Fluency in Marathi and Hindi.
Basic familiarity with smartphone tools, WhatsApp Business messaging, and lead tracking sheets/CRMs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
