Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR compliance, documentation, and statutory records.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee induction.
Oversee HR operations and employee data management.
Prepare HR analytics, MIS reports, and dashboards.
Support HR software integration and process automation.
Assist with payroll processing and coordination.
Support performance appraisals and employee reviews.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and people-focused activities.
