Job Summary

Aroosha Technologies is looking for a Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities across government and private sector projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender portals, documentation, and bid submission processes, with robust attention to detail and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Identify relevant tenders from portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state portals
Prepare and submit technical and financial bids
Manage complete tender documentation and compliance
Coordinate with internal teams for BOQ, pricing, and supporting documents
Ensure timely submission and track tender status

Requirements




1–4 years of experience in tendering / bid management
Positive knowledge of GeM and government tender portals
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Basic understanding of IT services/projects (preferred)
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good connect with OEM's ( Optional)
