Hello! Kloche Cakery is a current upscale bakery and we're looking for an experienced pastry chef to join our team. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to learn new techniques and grow in a nurturing work environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Prepare ingredients (scaling, mise en place) and follow recipes and timings exactly
Assist with daily production of cakes, cookies, mousses, and dry confections
Support senior team members across stations, especially during busy periods
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at your station and in storage
Label, store, and rotate stock correctly
Keep equipment, work areas, and the kitchen clean at all times
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
