LOOKING FOR A CRM who has to follow up with the customer post the receipt of purchase order! check the pricing in the purchase order with the quotation sent, create an excel sheet of the purchase order and keep the customer updated on the dispatched and also post dispatch the invoices/LR Copies/Test certificates and all other documents relating to the purchase order to be emailed to the customer.
