Job Description – Trainer

We are looking for experienced and passionate Trainers to join our team for multiple training domains including Service Desk, AWS, BFSI, and Accounts & Finance.

Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
Explain concepts using practical, industry-relevant examples.
Prepare training materials, activities, and assessments. Mentor and guide learners throughout the training program.
Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
Keep training content updated according to industry requirements.
Maintain a skilled and positive learning environment.

Requirements:
Relevant industry experience in the respective domain.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong subject knowledge and practical exposure.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing talent.
Prior training/teaching experience will be an advantage.
