We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities in the Civil Construction & Infrastructure segment.
Preferred Experience
1–4 Years in Sales / Business Development
Experience in Civil Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, EPC or Building Projects will be preferred
Civil Engineering background will be an added advantage
What You’ll Do:
Identify and generate recent construction project opportunities
Develop relationships with builders, developers, contractors and project owners
Conduct client meetings and project/site visits
Understand project requirements and coordinate for proposals/quotations
Handle enquiries,
follow-ups and negotiations
Develop recent business and maintain client relationships
Achieve business development and sales targets
Skills We’re Looking For:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Business development mindset
Good client relationship-building ability
Knowledge of civil construction and project requirements
Field work and travel readiness
Robust follow-up and conversion skills

Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Incentives
