We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations while contributing to employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Conduct initial candidate screening and profiling, including interactions with senior and CXO-level candidates.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Assist in grievance handling and employee relations.
Support employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.




Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.
Prior experience conducting interviews or screening calls.
