Job Description – Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting, testing, and tablet PC repairing.

Key Responsibilities:
Test and inspect hardware components and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
Repair and maintain Tablet PCs and related devices.
Provide in office technical support to customers.
Travel to Raipur and nearby locations for service visits.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th pass or graduate.
Technical diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
1–2 years of experience in hardware servicing or repairing.
Hands-on experience in tablet PC repairing and hardware troubleshooting preferred.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
