Required Diploma or BE Mechanical with 2 to 3 years experience in manufacturing department of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ACHE, piping, structural steel, or process equipment companies.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain material requirement plans based on production schedules, project plans, and customer delivery commitments.
Calculate material requirements using Bills of Materials (BOM), drawings, specifications, and engineering inputs.
Identify material shortages, excess inventory, and critical materials in advance.
Ensure the availability of materials as per planned production and project execution schedules.
Regularly update material planning data in ERP/MRP systems.

Technical Skills




Positive understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), BOM, inventory control, and procurement processes.
Working knowledge of ERP software
Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
Ability to analyse material consumption, stock levels, supplier lead times, and production schedules.
Understanding of engineering drawings, material specifications, and codes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
