Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Lab Technician to join our hospital laboratory team. The candidate should have practical knowledge and hands-on experience in patient blood sample collection (Phlebotomy) and routine laboratory procedures.

Experience
Candidates must have practical knowledge of Blood Sample Collection / Phlebotomy
Internship experience in blood sample collection OR relevant work experience is required
Candidates with previous hospital/diagnostic laboratory experience will be preferred.
Experience in Venipuncture / Phlebotomy is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques.
Properly identify, label, handle, and transport patient samples.
Perform routine laboratory tests as per hospital SOPs.
Process and prepare samples for laboratory investigations.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and test reports.
Handle laboratory equipment and reagents properly.
Follow infection-control and laboratory safety procedures.
Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laboratory.




Report abnormal or critical results to the concerned senior/doctor.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments when required.
Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
