Admission Counsellor – Job Title: Admission Counsellor Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Department: Admissions & Outreach Job Description: Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Vadodara is looking for a agile Admission Counsellor to guide parents through the admission journey and contribute to student enrolment. Key Responsibilities: Counsel parents regarding school admissions and academic programs. Understand parents' expectations and recommend suitable programs. Handle walk-in, phone and digital admission enquiries. Conduct admission counselling sessions. Explain curriculum, academic approach, facilities and school offerings. Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions. Maintain enquiry and admission records. Coordinate with the Front Office, Telecalling and Field Outreach teams. Participate in admission events,



campaigns and parent engagement activities. Achieve admission and conversion targets. Requirements: Excellent communication and counselling skills. Confident and persuasive personality. Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Graduate preferred. Experience in school admissions, education counselling, sales or customer relations preferred. Local Vadodara candidates preferred. Salary: Negotiable | No Salary Bar for Deserving Candidates

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
