Job description
Troubleshoot and resolve Server related issues, including hardware and HIMS software problems.
Provide technical support and assistance to employees with Hardware, HIMS Software, Networking related queries.
Install, configure, and maintain Server, Computers, N-computings, Printers, CCTV and other computer systems.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates of Server systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement procedures for Software / Server support and maintenance.

Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of server, N-computing, Desktop systems, including Windows and macOS.
Experience with Server, desktop hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support to non-technical staff.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with HIMS software and systems is an advantage.
