Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, customer enquiries, bookings, and lead conversion.
Support Sales Executives in customer handling, vehicle presentations, and negotiations.
Ensure timely follow-up on all customer enquiries and prospective buyers.
Conduct daily team meetings and review individual sales performance.
Assist the team in achieving booking, retail, and vehicle delivery targets.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding sales planning and performance reports.
Ensure accurate customer data entry and regular CRM/DMS updates.
Handle significant customer enquiries and support the resolution of sales-related issues.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Ensure qualified showroom operations and a high standard of customer service.
Track team performance and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
