Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination: Supervise daily floor activities, track production schedules, and resolve operational bottlenecks or machine downtime issues.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Monitor raw material stock levels, coordinate logistics, and manage vendor/supplier communications to prevent stockouts or delays. [
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols (EHS/HACCP/5S), conduct routine floor audits, and track quality control benchmarks.
Data & MIS Reporting: Generate daily/weekly Manufacturing Information System (MIS) reports, track Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and analyze KPI metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Support Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to reduce waste and improve workflow efficiency.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
