Roles and Responsibility:-
Campaign Operations: Oversee the logistics and operational execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth workflows from inception to completion.
Influencer Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with influencers across multiple social media platforms, negotiating contracts, terms, and deliverables.
Campaign Strategy & Content: Work alongside creative teams to establish campaign objectives, messaging, and content strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Process Optimization: Streamline internal processes for campaign execution, reporting, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
Budget Oversight: Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure campaigns are executed within budget parameters.
Reporting & Analytics: Measure campaign success by tracking KPIs, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, content, and account managers to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
Trend Spotting:



Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing innovations to continually improve campaign execution.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or a related field, preferably within a digital agency setting.
Skills: Exceptional project management, communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
Platform Knowledge: Robust understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer marketing best practices.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in using tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Technical Proficiency: Familiar with influencer marketing platforms and campaign management tools.
Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
