About the Role

MeduClinic is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Campus Manager to oversee the academic and day-to-day operations of our Vadodara campus. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the B.Voc. Healthcare Assistance and Indo-German Skill Program (IGSP) – Diploma in Healthcare Assistance & Geriatric Care, ensuring smooth academic delivery and an excellent student learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily academic and operational activities of the campus.
Conduct and deliver live classroom teaching sessions for students enrolled in the B.Voc. and IGSP Diploma programs.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and assessments.
Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and discipline.
Coordinate with faculty, academic teams, and management for curriculum implementation.
Maintain student records, reports, and academic documentation.
Organize practical sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities.




Ensure a positive learning environment and address student queries and concerns.
Support admissions, orientation, and campus-related academic activities when required.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a healthcare, allied health, or educational institution.
Excellent communication and classroom presentation skills.
Good organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
