We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecalling Intern to support our event promotion and delegate outreach activities for a period of two months. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential delegates, sharing event information, following up with interested participants, and maintaining calling records in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to delegates and potential attendees to promote upcoming events and exhibitions.
Share event details, including dates, venue, registration procedures, and key highlights.
Handle incoming queries and provide accurate event-related information.
Maintain call records, registration details, and follow-up reports in Microsoft Excel.
Send follow-up messages through WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
Conduct follow-up calls to unreachable contacts and interested participants.
Coordinate with the internal team to support delegate registration and event outreach targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
Valuable verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
Confident telephone etiquette and valuable interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain accurate records.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work in a target-driven setting.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Freshers may apply.
Salary
As per company standards, based on suitability and experience.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
