An F&B; Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to hotel guests in restaurants, coffee shops, banquets, bars, and room service. The associate ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards, cleanliness, hygiene, and professional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
Welcome and greet guests with a warm, skilled attitude.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
Restaurant Operations
Set up tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware, and napkins.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist with buffet setup and restaurant service.
Transparent and reset tables promptly.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery.
Food & Beverage Knowledge
Understand the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Recommend dishes and beverages to guests.
Inform guests about special menus and promotions.
Follow proper food service techniques.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and service areas.
Follow personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Ensure proper handling of crockery,



cutlery, and glassware.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Billing and Payments
Prepare and present bills accurately.
Assist with cash, card, or digital payment processing as required.
Follow hotel billing procedures.
Teamwork and Coordination
Coordinate with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other departments.
Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
Support banquet functions, special events, and room service when required.

Educational Qualification
10+2 or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Hotel Management is an advantage.
Freshers can apply, depending on the hotel's requirements.
Previous hotel or restaurant experience is preferred .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
