Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Position: Sales Executive (Telesales)

Hiring: Freshers & Experienced

Languages Required:
English + Hindi
English + Malayalam
English + Tamil
English + Telugu
English + Kannada

Salary:
Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC
Experienced: ₹30,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Eligibility:
Freshers: Graduation Mandatory
Experienced: Undergraduates can also apply
Job Role: Insurance Sales / Telesales

Key Responsibilities :
Calling prospective clients.
Explaining Star Health insurance policies and perks in detail.
Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
Ensure smooth policy issuance and payment collection.
Maintain client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.





Requirements :
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience/Fresher & Graduate both are eligible.
Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
Experience in field sales/client-facing roles are only eligible (Minimum 6 months of on paper experience is required).
Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
Presentable and confident in customer interactions.
