Role & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via call, email and chat.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues and ensure first-contact resolution.
Maintain skilled communication and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant department.
Log all customer interaction accurately.

Excellent English Verbal communication skills.
