Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities on our residential projects. You will ensure work progresses smoothly, safely, and in line with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities and labor teams
Interpret drawings and ensure work aligns with design specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and craftsmen on site
Monitor material usage, quality, and work progress
Maintain daily site reports and communicate updates to the studio
Identify and resolve minor in office issues promptly
Ensure safety standards and cleanliness on site
Assist senior supervisors in project coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of on-site supervision experience in residential construction




Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and basic MEP systems
Robust organizational and communication skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
