Job Description

QnQ Pharmacy is looking for a Call Centre Executive to handle customer calls, assist with pharmacy orders, and provide excellent customer support.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Assist customers with medicine orders and enquiries.
Provide information about medicine availability, orders, and delivery.
Coordinate with pharmacy and delivery teams.
Follow up with customers regarding pending orders.
Handle customer complaints and resolve queries professionally.

Requirements
Any UG/PG degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive telephone etiquette and listening skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
