Marshal Creatives is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and passionate fresher to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator. The ideal candidate should be interested in social media marketing, content creation, and digital trends, with a willingness to learn and grow in a creative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Create reels, short videos, posts, stories, and promotional content.
Handle social media accounts and maintain regular posting schedules.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas.
Assist with basic video editing, graphic design, and content planning.
Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing ideas.
Support brand promotion and online audience growth.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.




Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Interest in content creation, reels, and short-form video production.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools is an advantage.
Good communication skills and creative thinking.
Willingness to learn new tools, trends, and marketing strategies.
A portfolio or sample content is an added advantage but not mandatory.
