Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Call candidates and explain available job opportunities.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist the HR team in achieving hiring targets.
Handle daily recruitment activities and candidate queries.
Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
