Uni Bharat Corp is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or a related field.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities to drive company growth.
Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business reports as required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
Positive problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Any bachelor's degree preferred .
