Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: BE/ Diploma Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Installation, erection, validation and commissioning of machines.
Handle in office troubleshooting, servicing and machine repairs.
Attend customer complaints and provide technical support.
Conduct machine inspection, maintenance and safety checks.
Provide customer training and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Prepare service reports and maintain records through the company application.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage spare parts/equipment required for service work.

Required Skills: Machine knowledge, solid troubleshooting skills, machine erection & commissioning experience, and valuable reporting/application knowledge.
