Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities for our Gold Finance Company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime and basic knowledge of accounting, banking, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records in Tally Prime
Handle receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries
Maintain cash and bank transactions
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
Maintain customer and company ledgers accurately
Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and other accounting reports
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Support daily accounting and finance-related activities




Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries

Requirements
1–3 years of relevant Accounts experience
Hands-on experience in Tally Prime is mandatory
Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in finance/NBFC/gold finance industry will be an advantage
Good communication and organizational skills
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
