Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef with solid knowledge of Continental cuisine, food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality Continental dishes, starters, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, and other café-style food.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
Follow standard recipes, SOPs, and food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Manage mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Control food wastage and maintain food cost standards.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team during service.

Required Skills




Valuable knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
Experience in café or restaurant operations.
Knowledge of food costing, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain service standards.
Teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
