Handle B2B enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and CRM.
Contact retailers and dealers for order generation.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Attend and handle customers visiting the office/showroom.
Welcome customers, understand their requirements and assist them with product selection. Coordinate customer visits, product presentations and order discussions.
Promote recent saree catalogues, collections and schemes.
Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
Achieve monthly sales and customer activation targets.
Follow up on pending orders.
Coordinate with the payment collector for payment follow-up
Maintain the customer database and update CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with dispatch, accounts and sales teams.
Reactivate dormant customers through regular calling.
Experience in saree and dress material
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
