About the Company

7 Oaks Trek & Travels specializes in trekking adventures, Char Dham Yatra, hotel bookings, and customized tour packages across Uttarakhand and other destinations.

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages, treks, and pilgrimage trips.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and customized travel packages.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain customer records, lead status, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and the operations team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Build robust customer relationships and ensure a positive booking experience.

Required Skills




Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Experience in travel sales, tour packages, or hospitality sales.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work with sales targets.
Knowledge of Uttarakhand destinations, treks, and Char Dham Yatra is an advantage.
