Freshers and Experienced candidates [0 to 3 years]

Job Responsibilities
Cold Calling: Contact prospective customers from provided lists, databases, or digital leads.
Sales Pitching: Deliver persuasive product presentations using prepared scripts, adjusting them to fit the customer's needs.
Objection Handling: Address customer questions, resolve doubts, and overcome rejections to close sales.
Data Management: Record customer details, call outcomes, and future follow-up schedules in the company's CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call volumes, lead generation goals, and sales quotas.

Key Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:



Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a transparent, polite phone manner.
Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection calmly.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with telephone systems and CRM software for tracking data.
The required languages : Hindi + Additional regional Language will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
