About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding coordination.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess profiles against job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate online and offline interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, salary negotiations, and joining.
Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, hiring sheets, and candidate databases.




Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities with the HR team.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and candidate management skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
