Job Summary

Orleans The School is looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher who can teach both French and Social Science to school students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, effective classroom management abilities, and a passion for making learning engaging and interactive.

Candidates must be proficient in French and have a sound understanding of Social Science, including History, Geography, Political Science/Civics, and Economics.

Key Responsibilities
Teach French and Social Science to students as per the school's curriculum.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements.
Teach French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Teach Social Science subjects, including History, Geography, Civics, and Economics.
Assess students' learning abilities and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Conduct written and oral assessments, evaluate assignments, and maintain student progress records.
Use maps, charts, projects, quizzes, language games, digital resources, and other teaching aids.
Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom workplace.
Provide constructive feedback, remedial support, and enrichment activities.




Integrate technology and interactive activities to improve student engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and school activities.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic performance.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in French or an equivalent recognized French-language qualification.
French proficiency at B2 level or equivalent demonstrated proficiency.
Relevant academic qualifications in Social Science or a related subject.
B.Ed. and applicable TGT qualifications as per CBSE/school requirements will be preferred or required, depending on the applicable recruitment criteria.

Required Skills

Ability to teach two subjects effectively and manage multiple classes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
