Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from company databases and handle incoming visa or overseas education inquiries.
Profile Screening: Conduct initial eligibility checks regarding the applicant's education, work experience, financial readiness, and language proficiency (e.g., IELTS/PTE).
Service Explanation: Provide high-level, accurate information about immigration pathways (such as Permanent Residency, Study Visas, or Work Permits) without offering formal legal or migration advice.
Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, and coordinate daily consultation slots for senior immigration counselors.
Follow-Ups & CRM Management: Follow up consistently via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email sequences, while logging all interactions and lead statuses into the company CRM.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly metrics for dials, talk time, lead conversion, and consultation show-up rates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
