Job description
Ensure daily centre operations, facility readiness, and equipment maintenance.
Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and disciplinary matters.
Maintain patient service quality, hygiene, and clinical compliance.
Manage daily cash reconciliation, petty cash, and bank deposits.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, and expiry control.
Achieve centre revenue and consultation conversion targets.
Maintain statutory licenses, records, and compliance documentation.
Conduct staff meetings, performance coaching, and team coordination.
Control operational expenses and ensure proper asset maintenance.
Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of organizational targets.

Qualifications for Centre Manager
5 + years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting,



especially in aesthetic clinic
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
