Job Summary

BMC Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Head to lead business development, generate new leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the construction, PEB, industrial shed, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate leads through direct marketing, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Identify new business prospects and potential clients.
Meet architects, consultants, contractors, industrial clients, and corporate customers.
Prepare and present company profiles, proposals,



and project presentations.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project teams for project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
