Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to identify potential customers, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business prospects through calls, referrals, and other channels.
Contact potential clients, understand their requirements, and explain the company's products and services.
Promote financial services, events, loan products, government subsidies, and business consultancy services.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and customer databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and timely follow-ups.




Participate in client meetings and sales activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream; candidates with relevant sales experience will be preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Basic knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and lead generation.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Knowledge of loans, financial services, MSME schemes, and government subsidies will be an added advantage.

Experience
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may apply.
Experienced candidates in sales, finance, banking, loans, or business consultancy will be prefer.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
