Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Professional with solid experience in cement, construction materials, or related industries.

The ideal candidate should have an established network among builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, developers and project customers and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

· Develop and maintain robust relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, distributors and institutional/project customers.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand Buycement's customer base in Delhi & nearby regions.

· Develop and manage the dealer/distributor and project-sales network.

· Generate leads through market visits, references, industry relationships and business development activities.

· Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value sales.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.

· Ensure timely follow-up, order conversion and customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and collections.





· Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and customer records.

· Handle key accounts and build long-term relationships with strategic customers.

Candidate Profile

· Experience in sales/business development.

· Experience in cement, RMC, building materials, construction products or a closely related industry.

· Strong understanding of the Hyderabad construction and building-materials market.

· Existing relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, distributors or project customers.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.

· Ability to independently develop a market and generate business.

· Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby markets.

· English, Telugu proficiency preferred.
