Contact customers to remind them about periodic vehicle servicing, follow-ups, and other dealership services.
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Follow up with customers after vehicle sales and service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service Departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned manager.
Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, call logs, and follow-up reports.
Inform customers about service schedules, offers, promotions, and dealership activities.
Support customer retention, repeat service visits, and customer loyalty initiatives.
Monitor customer feedback and coordinate corrective actions to improve service quality.
Assist in customer satisfaction surveys and other CRM activities.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding service updates and vehicle delivery, wherever required.
Achieve assigned targets for customer follow-ups, feedback collection, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
