We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across IT and Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand job descriptions and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, and alternative channels.
Conduct candidate screening and assess skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
Handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
Build candidate relationships and follow up throughout the interview process until joining.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.




Support niche and specialized hiring requirements.

Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in recruitment.
Experience in the Indian recruitment market.
Knowledge of both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Solid sourcing, screening, and headhunting skills.
Positive communication and candidate management skills.
Candidates must currently reside in Pune.
Face-to-face interview availability and immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
