Job Description – Senior Sales Executive (Plotting Real Estate)

Position: Senior Sales Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years in Real Estate Sales
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
Location: Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales of residential and commercial plots.
Generate leads through calls, site visits, and references.
Conduct property/site visits and explain project details to clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with the sales and management team for smooth booking processes.

Requirements:
Positive communication, negotiation, and convincing skills with a robust interest in real estate sales.
