Position: Social Media Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
Develop engaging Reels, posts, stories, carousels and campaigns.
Write captions, hooks and creative content.
Coordinate with designers, video editors and marketing teams.
Monitor trends, competitors and audience engagement.
Manage comments, DMs and community interactions.
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Improve reach, engagement, followers and leads through consistent content.
Support paid campaigns when required.
Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity and communication.

Fresher




Valuable knowledge of Instagram and social media platforms.
Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of Canva/creative tools and social media trends.
Valuable communication and writing skills.

Experienced
1+ years of experience in social media management preferred.
Proven experience in content planning and social media growth.
Solid understanding of analytics, trends and campaign performance.
Ability to independently manage social media accounts and campaigns.

Salary Range - 15 to 20k
