We are currently looking for Associate - Administration for our plant based at Tadkeshwar, Surat.
Manage overall plant administration, safety, infrastructure, and facility operations.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of civil, electrical, plumbing, buildings, roads, drainage, and common facilities.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, AMCs, and infrastructure improvement projects.
Ensure plant safety compliance, hazard identification, risk mitigation, safety audits, and emergency preparedness.
Manage security, CCTV, gate control, housekeeping, 5S,



canteen, transport, accommodation, and employee welfare facilities.
Coordinate statutory compliance, inspections, and audit action closures.
Prepare and control administrative budgets, MIS, KPIs, and cost optimization initiatives.
Coordinate with HR, Production, Maintenance, Safety, and other departments for smooth plant operations.

Minimum experience 3 years of working in a plant setup.

Candidates from Tadkeshwar, Surat with an experience from Food Industry shall be preferred.
