Job Location: Maharashtra & Karnataka

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers may also apply)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and execute civil works at wind and solar project sites.
Monitor foundation work, excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting.
Supervise equipment foundations, inverter foundations, transformer foundations, and other infrastructure works as applicable.
Read and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings, and construction layouts.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project management teams.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and material requirements.
Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), measurement sheets, and work completion reports.




Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and quality requirements.
Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and RA bill measurements.
Coordinate with clients and consultants during site inspections and project execution.

Required Skills
Knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read civil drawings and understand BOQ.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites in Maharashtra and Karnataka.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
