Job Vacancy: Billing Executive
Honda Two-Wheeler Dealership
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare customer invoices for vehicle servicing, spare parts, and accessories.
Generate accurate bills and job card invoices using dealership software.
Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain daily billing records.
Coordinate with the Service Advisors, Spare Parts Department, and Accounts Team.
Verify billing details, discounts, and payment entries.
Maintain proper documentation and assist in daily cash reconciliation.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Experience in billing or accounting is preferred.
Valuable communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of DMS or dealership billing software is an advantage.
Location: Udaipur
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
